For Clients (Employers): Our recruitment services are subject to separate commercial agreements or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that define specific fees, payment schedules, and replacement guarantees.
3. User Obligations and Conduct
By using this Platform, you agree to the following:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate registration and profile information. Candidates represent that all details in resumes/CVs are truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate disqualification.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account or through your submission.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Platform only for seeking employment or recruiting staff. Prohibited actions include breaching security, scraping data for commercial use, or transmitting malicious software.
Financials: You agree to pay all applicable charges for services rendered as per agreed-upon terms.
