Refund Policy - the basics

At Anamika Consulting, we value your trust and are committed to providing transparent and fair policies.

📌 Refund Window

  • Clients may request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of making a payment.

  • Refunds are applicable only if the service has not yet been delivered or commenced.

❌ Non‑Refundable Situations

  • Once a consultation, resume review, or coaching session has been delivered, the fee is non‑refundable.

  • Cancellations made after work has started are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind after service delivery.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
