- We provide HR consulting, career development, resume writing, interview preparation, and recruitment support.
- Service details, pricing, and timelines are communicated clearly before engagement.
- All services are delivered with professional diligence, but outcomes (such as job placement) cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payments
- Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.
- We accept payments through approved channels listed on our website.
- Any payment disputes must be raised within 2 business days of the transaction.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 2 days (48 hours) of payment, provided the service has not commenced.
- Once a consultation, resume review, or coaching session has been delivered, fees are non‑refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information and documents necessary for service delivery.
- Misrepresentation of details may result in termination of services without refund.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication and availability for scheduled sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources provided by Anamika Consulting are our intellectual property.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
- Anamika Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- While we provide guidance and support, final career decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for service delivery.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
